We have been serving the people of the Medway Towns for over twenty years. Anyone can arrange an appointment to see one of our highly skilled physiotherapists or sports masseurs. Majority of our work is through recommendations from GPs, consultants, Solicitors and from the clients who have visited us in the past. Appointments are available without a GP referral, however, if you are making a claim through an insurance company, then a GP/ Consultant referral is required.
ARRANGING AN APPOINTMENT
The Centre offers a flexible appointment system to suit individual needs. Daytime, lunchtime, evening or weekend appointments are offered. Appointments can be arranged both over the telephone or by coming into the Centre.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN - YOUR FIRST VISIT
Your initial appointment may take up to 45 minutes and you are welcome to bring a family member or friend with you. We will take a detailed history and perform a thorough examination to determine the clinical diagnosis. After discussions of your treatment plan we will commence treatment. You can expect to be given a home exercise programme, lifestyle advice and an indication of the treatment programme. Follow up appointments will then be made. At the end of your treatment we write a report to your doctor, and in medico-legal cases for your solicitor if requested.
