I trained in sports & remedial massage with the London School of Sports Massage and have been practising since 1998. I joined the Rainham Physiotherapy Centre in 2002. In 2006 I completed the Football Association Diploma in the Treatment & Management of Injury. Over the years I have seen people from a wide variety of sport and non-sporting backgrounds, from top athletes to the general public. I have worked with football and rugby clubs, ballroom dance champions and GB internationals in athletics, triathlon, trampolining, and judo among others.
In a previous life I worked in sports retail for fifteen years and was involved with store management, company recruitment and stock control and also have an HND in Business Studies and Recreation Management. Away from work my interests include cycling, athletics, watching other sports, music and travel. I ran competitively for thirty five years and represented Surrey at cross country and track. PBs include 30:15 10km and 49:40 for 10miles. I now cycle regularly and take part in events such as the Etape du Tour, Marmotte and Dragon Ride and have done the RideLondon100 three times with a best of 4hrs 25mins.
